this morning my stomach was still in pain all because i caved and i really really hate that i’m allergic to all of my favorite foods and now i have what feels like the beginning stages of a flu so coughing is making me cringe and i just want to die. but last night was fun. in fact, this entire weekend was really more than i could have expected. the dancing and new ties and rooftops and long islands for the birthday girl and i’m still not entirely sure what’s going on there but i’m just glad.
and this is all i did today. this and figuring some of the details for the book i’ve finally decided to write after years of only talking about writing it.
*reminds me i have to thank my dad for the monkeys. and to ask him why he still thinks i like pink.
